We are searching for dedicated experienced line and sautee cooks to join our kitchen. Become part of a great team in a family owned and operated restaurant. Responsibilities include assisting the head chef with all food preparation and execution. Line cooks will maintain consistency, food safety, and overall standards set by the Head Chef.
Qualifications and Requirements: 2+ years in similar position. References required. Culinary Degree preferred, but not required if experience is valid.
Experience:
• Line Cook: 2 years (Preferred)
• Cooking: 2 years (Preferred)
Work authorization:
• United States (Preferred)

Job Duties:
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
