Parks, Recreation & Beaches and the New England Revolution Academy to host free youth soccer clinic Saturday, February 7th.

New Bedford Parks, Recreation & Beaches has partnered with the New England Revolution Academy to host a free youth soccer clinic on Saturday, February 7, 2015. The Revolution Academy presented by United Healthcare, is a fully-integrated training and development program for youth soccer players, ages 7 and up, in the New England and Western New York areas.

The clinic will be held on Saturday, February 7th, from 11:30 AM—1:30 PM. Children ages 7-9 years will participate 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM and children ages 10-14 years will participate 12:30 PM – 1:30PM.

The clinic will feature age appropriate soccer drills led by the coaching staff of the New England Revolution Academy. Children will work on soccer techniques under the supervision of professional soccer coaches in a fun, friendly environment.

Pre-registration for the clinic with the Department of Parks, Recreation, & Beaches (PRB) is required.
