Make sure guests feel the love when they walk in the door by:
Overseeing the preparation and creation of food
Sticking to food safety standards
Contributing to a restaurant environment that makes everyone feel at home
Train, develop and coach team members during your shift

The Must’s:

Be versed in the art of leading people (previous supervisory or management experience is preferred)
Have pride in who you are and what you do
Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Meet the minimum criteria in a background check
Must have reliable transportation to and from your Team Lead gig
Be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a Cook, Line Server, and Cashier
Be willing to work a variety of shifts
