Plymouth man charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon on 4th of July

Wareham Department of Natural Resources Officer Joshua Kimball arrested 34-year old Kevin Curtin of Plymouth following a disturbance on Onset Beach on Thursday.

While being processed at the station, police allege Mr. Curtin became combative struggling with Officers Stephen Harrison and Calib Larue. While being placed in a cell he violently kicked Officer Larue causing a minor injury.

Kevin Curtin is being charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, unlawful possession of fireworks, and assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
