Now Hiring for Senior Production Personnel. This job consists of working in the more technical areas of assembly lines. The role could consist of making changes by hand, running production equipment, troubleshooting production equipment and/or performing preventative maintenance on production equipment. The individual may be required to have a forklift license for the purpose of moving material and equipment as required to support the business. May be required to temporarily serve as Group Leader in the occasion of an absence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Knowledge and use of production equipment
Completing logs and reports as required.
Performing quality checks on parts and products
Performing machine repairs as necessary
Completing production and quality forms to document work
Complying with PTG rules, regulations and procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
2+ years’ experience working in a warehouse
Additional experience as a production worker, production laborer, assembly worker, warehouse laborer, or manufacturing associate may also be considered
Strong work ethic and organization skills
Mechanical aptitude, with experience interpreting equipment manuals preferred
Strong understanding of English
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
Capable of lifting 40 pounds unassisted
Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift driving license
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma/GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Ability to understand written and oral communication in Basic English.
