On Saturday, August 10, the Annual Cape Verdean Festival will be held in Onset Center from 11 am to 6 pm. Residents and visitors should expect delays and heavy traffic throughout the area. Union Avenue will be closed to traffic from Onset Avenue to Tenth Street for the entire day and early evening. As a reminder, there are no dogs or alcohol allowed at the event.
