New Bedford’s Veteran’s Day parade set for 11 am on Monday

New Bedford’s annual Veterans’ Day parade will start at 11 am on Monday, November 11th.

The parade will form at Buttonwood Park at 9:30 am and will step off sharply at 11 am from Union Street and Rockdale Ave. The route will be easterly on Union Street to County Street heading north to William Street then easterly on William Street to Pleasant Street and south on Pleasant Street by the reviewing stand in front of the main library in downtown New Bedford.

Parking is banned along the entire parade route and the ban will be strictly enforced. The public is once again being asked to cooperate in order to make this a successful parade celebration.
