New Bedford woman arrested for OUI drugs after hitting parked vehicle

New Bedford Police arrested Cristaly Nicole Ocasio-Arroyo 21 of of New Bedford for OUI drug, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

Officers were dispatched to the area of 16 Jean St early Saturday morning (5:00AM) on report of a female slumped over the wheel of her vehicle.

When officers arrived they discovered Arroyo slumped over the wheel of her vehicle and that she had struck a parked vehicle. Officers recovered evidence of drug use in her vehicle and placed her under arrest. While officers were placing her under arrest she resisted causing a disturbance.
