City residents are asked to complete a brief survey regarding their cable television service as part of New Bedford Cable Access TV’s contract renewal.

The survey asks residents for their thoughts on Comcast cable service, including customer and technical supporting, pricing, and signal quality, as well as information on government and educational access TV.

The survey will run through April 1, 2018, and is being conducted by the Center for Marketing Research at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

It is available online at www.tinyurl.com/2018ComcastSurvey, and will also be mailed out with water bills this week. Hard copies are also available at New Bedford’s public libraries, the Mayor’s Office at City Hall, or the Cable Access office at 918 South Rodney French Boulevard.

To request a hard copy or to complete the survey by phone, residents may call 508-910-6963.
