Want to help the hurricane victims? Come by police headquarters, 871 Rockdale Ave. from 4-8 p.m. today, Friday, Sept. 1. Officer Donnie Williams will have a truck there to be filled with donations for hurricane victims.

Small personal care items, including diapers and other baby needs, and money are the most requested items. Officer Williams and friends will then drive the truck to Texas to deliver the items. We are proud of Officer Williams and hope everyone will step up to fill the truck to show that New Bedford cares.
