New Bedford Police charge married couple with narcotics offenses, including Fentanyl trafficking

“On Monday, detectives obtained a search warrant for 59 Hill Street #1 with the target of the investigation being John Furfuro, 58.

While searching the apartment, detectives seized 10.1 grams of Fentanyl, 4.2 grams of cocaine, a clear container of cocaine weighing 4.2 grams, packaging material, a digital scale, and $420.

Furfuro and his wife, identified as Michelle Garnett, 46, were arrested and charged with possession to distribute a class B drug, conspiracy to violate the drug law, and trafficking in more than 10 grams of fentanyl.

Furfuro was additionally charged with a warrant arrest.” -New Bedford Police Department.
