New Bedford Police Department has arrested Jarred Chumack, 32, 185 Ash St., Apt. #1, and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, multiple firearms offences, and vehicle offences in relation to “shots fired” on Norwell St. in the south end of New Bedford around 2 p.m. on Friday.
There were no victims as a result of the shooting.
