New Bedford Mayor, Council, State Delegation submit letter regarding Parallel Products to Energy and Environmental Affairs Office

Mayor Jon Mitchell, the City Council and New Bedford’s state legislative delegation submitted the attached letter and formal comments to the state’s Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs and the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Office this morning.
