Early this morning (Oct 2nd) at approximately 02:55 am, New Bedford police were dispatched to 51 Tallman Street on a possible shooting.
A 25-year old New Bedford man was shot multiple times and was transported to St. Luke’s hospital by a private vehicle. The victim was later transported to Rhode Island Hospital where he underwent surgery for his gun shot wounds. He is in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
