Rory Barrows Jr., 20, of New Bedford, was arrested by Juvenile Detective Karl Baptiste in the area of Viking Drive near the High School. Mr. Barrows is charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class “B” drug and possession with intent to distribute near a school.
The arrest follows a report of a suspicious person in the area. Juvenile Detective Baptiste investigated and found suspected crack cocaine on the male and placed him under arrest.
