Man charged with trafficking oxycodone from New Bedford Public Housing

On Tuesday, March 17, detectives from the New Bedford Police Narcotics Unit seized more than 460 tabs of Oxycodone, packaging materials and more than $5,000 in cash during a search at 380 Mount Pleasant Street in the Presidential Heights New Bedford Public Housing.

As a result of the search, 56-year old Milciades Hidalgo-Rigo was charged with trafficking, conspiracy, and distribution. 51-year old Jesus Moreno of 14 Tallman St. #1 was charged with possession and conspiracy. Martin Duran, 1699 Rancho Grande, Texas, was charged with possession and conspiracy.

The case was investigated by Det. Nathan Pimental.
