New Bedford man charged with stealing mail in Dartmouth

After an approximate two week long investigation, Dartmouth Police Detectives identified and charged Nicholas Lewis (25) of New Bedford with the theft of mail from several mailboxes in town.
 
Lewis was arraigned today in Third District Court on charges of vandalism and larceny of property under $250. Lewis is currently being held on $5,000 cash bail regarding the above listed charges.
