New Bedford man arrested with 44 grams of Fentanyl and $5,212 cash

On Saturday, November 12th at approximately 11:00am, members of the Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 54 Query Street in New Bedford. The target of the investigation was Isaac Loez jr.

Prior to executing the search warrant Lopez was observed in a drug transaction. While attempting to stop him he fled from police nearly striking a detective. His vehicle was finally stopped and he was placed under arrest as well as the passenger in the vehicle.

Found in the vehicle was approximately 44 grams of Fentanyl. A search of his residence turned up $5,212 in U.S. currency, packaging materials, cutting agents, and a digital scale.

Arrested and charged were:
Isaac Lopez jr. 23yrs old of 54 Query Street.

  • Distribution of class B
  • Conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws
  • Trafficking Fentanyl
  • Failure to stop for police
  • Reckless operation of a motor vehicle
  • Assault with a dangerous weapon

Rebekae Maud Clark 4/8/92. 24 years old of 5 Edgewater Street Fairhaven

  • Trafficking Fentanyl
  • Conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws

Both Defendants are scheduled for arraignment on Monday at 3rd District Court
