New Bedford man arrested for trafficking fentanyl from Pleasant Street apartment

On October 13, New Bedford police officers seized 68 grams of fentanyl, 7 grams of cocaine, 506 grams of marijuana, multiple Percocet pills, a 22-caliber firearm with bullets, and more than $1,000 at 246 Pleasant St. #1 in New Bedford. 

39-year old Manuel Rebeiro of 246 Pleasant St #1, was charged with trafficking, possession, and firearms-related offenses. Fentanyl is responsible for 93% of all overdose deaths in Massachusetts.

This was a subsequent offense.
