At 8:15 pm on Sunday, July 28th, New Bedford police officers observed a vehicle driving the wrong way down a one-way street. After stopping the vehicle on Purchase Street, police officers determined the operator of the car was driving while under the influence of alcohol with a child was in the vehicle.
32-year old Gabino Delangel-Moran of New Bedford was arrested and charged with OUI-liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and child endangerment while OUI.
