New Bedford emergency shelter open Thursday and Friday

The City of New Bedford has once again asked Mercy Meals and More to open the emergency shelter at 634 Purchase Street on Thursday, Feb. 5th and Friday, Feb. 6th. The shelter will be open from 8:30pm until 5am both days.
The shelter is in need of sandwich meat, cheese and bread. Contact Pete Wilde at 978-866-9499.
