The Office of Housing and Community Development is now in the process of creating its 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan. This plan will provide a snapshot of community needs in New Bedford and will establish a framework for how federal funding the city receives from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will be spent over the next 5 years.
