“Club Madeirense S.S. Sacramento regrets to announce the cancellation of our highly anticipated outdoor Country Festa scheduled for June 3rd, 2023. This difficult decision has been made in consideration of the safety and comfort of our valued guests.

As much as we were looking forward to line dancing, gathering under the open sky and enjoying the festivities, we have been closely monitoring the weather conditions leading up to the event. Unfortunately, the forecast indicates a high chance of rain and unseasonably cold temperatures on the day of the event. Our top priority is ensuring an exceptional experience for all attendees, and we believe the inclement weather would compromise the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this cancellation. We understand the excitement and enthusiasm surrounding Country Festa and we share in the disappointment of our guests, partners, and sponsors who have generously supported this event. Nevertheless, we firmly believe that this decision is in the best interest of everyone involved.

To those who have already purchased tickets through Eventbrite, you will receive a full refund for the ticket price, via EVENTBRITE. We value your ongoing support and loyalty, and we want to ensure you receive the experience you deserve.

Lastly, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our dedicated staff and volunteers who have been working tirelessly to prepare for Country Festa. Your hard work and commitment do not go unnoticed, and we are sincerely grateful for your unwavering dedication.

We remain steadfast in our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to our community and look forward to updating you with the revised plans for future events. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out via email at clubesss@comcast.net.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Sincerely,
Club Madeirense S.S. Sacramento, Inc.”
