NB Counts Announces Multiple Census Pop Up Events This Weekend

As the deadline to complete the U.S. Census rapidly approaches, the NB Counts Committee is working hard to identify areas in the city that remain under-counted. As we reported yesterday several neighborhoods across different sections of greater New Bedford are still in the “red” This means that they are behind the response rate from the 2010 Census. The NB Counts team is doing a big push over the next few days targeting those areas. If you have not completed your census you can do so here: https://my2020census.gov/

If you need help to complete your census you can show up at the following locations:
Saturday October 3rd

Market Basket, 122 Sawyer St. 9am to 1pm
Lincoln Laundry, 139 Ashley Blvd 9am to 1pm
Save-A-Lot 452 Mt. Pleasant St. 1pm to 5pm

Sunday October 4th

Market Basket, 122 Sawyer St. 9am to 1pm
Lincoln Laundry, 139 Ashley Blvd 9am to 1pm
Save-A-Lot 452 Mt. Pleasant St. 1pm to 5pm

Monday October 5th

PACE, 10am to 1pm
Greater New Bedford Health Center. 874 Purchase St
Price Rite, 139 Hathaway Rd.
