The New Bedford Library’s Men of New Bedford Calendar

The friends of the New Bedford Free Public Library announced a new fundraiser with the proceeds going to children’s programming. The friends have created a calendar for 2014 – Men of New Bedford. The men of the calendar are those who have made a difference in the quality of life in New Bedford through politics, the arts, communication, and overall support of the community.

The calendars are priced at $10.00, and can be purchased at

  • Crowell’s Fine Art Gallery – 382 Acushnet Ave
  • Travessia Winery – 760 Purchase Street
  • The Rotch Jones Duff House gift shop – 396 County Street.

They are great stocking stuffers and each purchase will support the work of the library.
