Mattapoisett Police Department reminds commuters to clear snow and ice or get pulled over

“Just a friendly reminder from the members of the Mattapoisett Police Department to clear snow and ice from your car or get pulled over! As the peak of winter approaches we will begin to see more snow and sleet. Please take the time to clear the snow and ice from your vehicle. This should not be limited to the windows but include the roof, hood and trunk since ice and snow can build up and blow off causing safety hazards for other motorists or pedestrians.”
