“Yesterday our firefighters ran numerous calls during the snowstorm.
Engine 1 and Engine 4 were staffed for coverage and at one point an all call was sent out to staff Engine 2, Rescue 1 and Forestry 1 due to the amount of calls we were receiving.
Engine 4’s crew had to extinguish two underground fires on Acushnet Road that had started by power lines that fell and burned.”
