Massachusetts State Police rescue momma and poppa geese and their goslings

Members of the State Police-Tunnels Barracks assisted a family of geese that became trapped inside the HOV Lane on Route 93 southbound in Boston.

Like all good parents, the mom and dad refused to abandon their young ones. Troopers David Oliveira, Andrew Phelan, and Jose DePena, assisted by Boston Animal Control, were able to secure the family and relocate them to a safe location.” -Massachusetts State Police.
