Massachusetts State Police seek public’s help in identifying Taunton larceny suspect

“On January 27 between 1130 a.m. and noon a man gained access to a woman’s vehicle, at Massasoit State Park in Taunton, while she was on a walk.

The man, described as a white male, damaged the driver’s door lock and broke inside. Two credit cards and $105 in cash were stolen from the victim’s purse, which was located in the vehicle’s trunk.

The suspect used the victim’s credit cards to purchase gift cards at various stores including Staples in Raynham, Target in Taunton, and Home Depot in Taunton between 1217 and 1249 p.m. the same day.
