On Thursday, August 9, 2018, at about 1:45 p.m., a man on a bicycle reportedly grabbed the buttocks of two women on the Esplanade, just west of Community Boating. The suspect was described as a black male, dressed in all black with a black backpack, which had two pieces of white tape on it. The suspect, who was riding the bike past the women during the alleged assaults, was captured on surveillance cameras and is depicted in these images.
