Massachusetts Environmental Police reminds public about safety precautions as bear hunting season opens

Be safe, be seen! Blaze orange, also referred to as hunter orange, is an important necessity for anyone who is outdoors in the woods during hunting seasons. While hunters are required to wear blaze orange during certain seasons, all outdoor users in the woods should wear blaze orange clothing as a precaution.
