Massachusetts State Police story time with the Colonel , Toto and Luna the Comfort dog

“Colonel Gilpin read “Toto the Tornado Kitten” to some new friends at the Massachusetts State Police Museum and Learning Center, and was joined by Toto and our very own Luna the Comfort Dog.
