Man charged with Oxycodone distribution gets $40 bail

Last evening, approximately 6:35 p.m., Trooper Michael Coflesky of the State Police C Troop CAT team stopped a gray Lincoln MKZ on Pine Street in Leominster for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

As a result of an investigation, with the assistance of Trooper Burd, the passenger an 18 year old man from Leominster was found to be in possession of suspected Oxycodone. He was placed under arrest and brought to the Leominster Barracks for booking.

The passenger was issued a civil citation for failure to wear a seat belt and criminally charged with the following:

1. Possession of Class B
2. Possession with intent to Distribute Class B

Bail was set at $40.00, and the passenger was to appear at Leominster District Court today.
