Police are investigating a report that a man was attacked Wednesday near Mechanics Lane in the SRTA bus terminal area and robbed of a debit card and cash.
The man told police he was assaulted by two white men, one about 5’ 9’’ with broad shoulders and the other 5’11’’ with a thin build. The victim told police he was struck with an object which he believed to be a gun.
His debit card and a small amount of money were taken.
He refused medical attention for his minor injuries. He told police the incident happened at 5:22 p.m.
