On Tuesday morning December 8th at approximately 7am a male walked into the Stop n Save convenience store at 129 Ashley Blvd. He ordered a pack of gum and when the clerk opened the register, he brandished a firearm. The suspect then reached into the register and grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the business on foot. The clerk was not harmed.
Michael Sietzinger has been identified by police as the robber after being arrested in Brewster earlier this week on a similar robbery in their town and two stolen firearms were also recovered.ย It appears he may be wanted in several states on other robberies.
