Fairhaven Police Detectives, working with the Bristol County Sheriffs Office South Coast Anti Crime Team, arrested two men after they observed them complete a hand-to-hand drug transaction in the lobby of the CVS store on Route 6 in Fairhaven. Just before 3pm Monday afternoon, Detectives watched as 29 year old Dennis Rose Jr. sold crack cocaine to 44 year old Eduardo Collazo.
