Host city agreement would net New Bedford $25 per pound of recreational marijuana

If the host city agreement with ARL Healthcare comes to fruition, the City of New Bedford would make $25 per pound of recreation marijuana sold or up to $300,000 maximum per year. The following is a copy of the draft host city agreement being submitted by Mayor Jon Mitchell to the New Bedford City Council for review.
