Grateful mom wants to help the homeless – where can she go?

A New Bedford Guide fan and local mom wants to know where she can bring her kids to help the homeless during the holidays:

“Can anyone please point me in the right direction? I’m looking for somewhere for me and my kids to help serve dinner to homeless or people in need at churches. We want to make sure we give back for all others that did for us when we were in a bad spot. I want my kids to remember where we came from.

Everyone is one day away from homelessness and anything can happen. Be grateful for what we do have. Things can always be worse. No one knows your story or pain. Better the world makes a difference. Please and Thank you for any info. Stay warm and Happy Holidays.” – LeeAnne
