Two adult females stabbed to death on Taft Street in Dorchester

At about 12:26 PM, on Sunday, May 2, 2021, Officers assigned to District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a call for a person stabbed at 26 Taft Street, Dorchester.

On arrival, officers discovered two adult females suffering from stab wounds at an inside crime scene. One female was pronounced on scene and a second was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced. Two minor children were transported to a hospital for an evaluation.

This is an active investigation and police have placed one adult male in custody.

The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident and is asking anyone with information relative to this investigation to contact Boston Police Homicide Detectives at (617) 343-4470.
