FBI offers $10,000 Reward for info on Somerville Bank Robber who had shootout with police

The suspect is responsible for an armed robbery on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at approximately 9:57am at the Middlesex Savings Bank at 1 College Ave. in Davis Sq., Somerville, MA. He is described as a light-skinned male, 5’7″-5’11” in his 30s and approximately 175lbs.

The suspect wore a blue beanie, a dark glove on his left hand, a hooded camouflage jacket featuring a Nike logo on the left side above his chest. He wore blue jeans, black sneakers, and carried a black and red backpack.

The suspect entered the bank holding a revolver, fired one round into the ceiling and demanded money from the teller.

After a uniformed Somerville police officer in the vicinity of Davis Sq. was alerted to the possible bank robbery in progress, the officer entered the bank and the suspect allegedly fired a round at him before fleeing the bank on foot.

The FBI is offering a monetary reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of this individual.
