Fairhaven man arrested for trafficking Fentanyl in Dartmouth

As part of a joint investigation, on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at approximately 5:05 p.m., members of the Dartmouth Police Department, Barnstable Police Department, and Bristol County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant on Room #127 at the Capri Motel in Dartmouth, MA.

As a result, Dartmouth Police arrested Jose Sanches of Fairhaven  on a previous arrest warrant for trafficking in more than 10 grams of Fentanyl.

While inside the room, detectives located 18 grams of Fentanyl, a digital scale, packaging material, as well as Suboxone strips and Alprazolam.

In addition to the arrest warrant, SANCHES was also charged with Trafficking in Fentanyl more than 10 grams, Possession of a Class B Drug (Suboxone), and Possession of Class E Drug (Alprazolam).
