Eat + Drink Local Chef Series: Chef Matt Gennuso, Chez Pascal

Drink with the Winemaker. Dine with the Chef. Winter nights call for the warmth of good wine, amazing food and great company. Savor just that with our Winter Chef Series featuring the acclaimed Chef Matt Gennuso of Chez Pascal. Set in our Meadow Room adorned with rustic barn-wood walls, Chef Gennuso will walk guests through a menu crafted just for this event, paired with Newport Vineyards wines explained by Newport Vineyards winemaker George Chelf.

Matt and his wife Kristin opened Chez Pascal on Hope Street in Providence in the spring of 2003. The menu is French influenced, and is constantly evolving with the ebb and flow of local, seasonal produce; taking cue from the fantastic farmers who inspire them and remaining true to classic, thoughtful food.
