Dartmouth police searching for Level 3 sex offender for failure to register

The Dartmouth Police Department is searching for a Level 3 sex offender who is currently in violation.

As of this date, Brad SANTOS, 41, of Dartmouth has failed to complete his yearly obligation to register as a Level 3 sex offender with the Dartmouth Police Department.
