Dartmouth Police seek public’s help in identifying “fashionista” cell phone thief

“Calling all cAHs…Calling all cAHs

DPD is looking for some help identifying this fashionista, who thought that it would be an awesome idea to steal someone else’s cell phone while shopping for another Tommy Hil-five-finger t-shirt (I’m guessing in color black ??‍♂️) the other day at the Mall.
