Dartmouth police charge Westport man with upskirting

Today, the Dartmouth Police Department formally charged William RAUS, 54, of Westport, Massachusetts with three (3) counts of photgraphing, videotaping or electronically surveilling partially nude or nude person or the sexual or other intimate parts of a person around the person’s clothing (upskirting).

The charges stem from multiple incidents that took place at Citizens Bank in Dartmouth, where RAUS was employed the time the incidents took place.

The incident was investigated by Detective Ryan MITCHELL.
