Dartmouth Police Arrest New Bedford Man for Exposing Himself Inside of Store

On Monday, November 13, 2017 at approximately 6:45 p.m., Dartmouth Police responded to Old Navy at the Dartmouth Mall regarding a male party who reportedly exposed himself inside of the store.

Upon arrival, responding officers observed the male suspect struggling with Mall security officers, at which time he was detained.

As a result of the corresponding investigation, it was determined that the male suspect, identified as Joury Antonio CARABALLO, 34, of New Bedford, had allegedly exposed himself to employees while inside of the store.

In addition to being charged open and gross lewdness and assault and battery, CARABALLO also had five (5) active arrest warrants.

Arresting officer was Justin AMARAL.
