Dartmouth Police arrest homeless Level 3 Sex offender living behind school

“On Thursday, August 11, 2022, at approximately 5:20 a.m., members of the Dartmouth Police Department Detective Division, arrested Robert MAGRATH, 47, after an extended investigation determined that he had been living in an encampment located in the woods behind Potter Elementary School.

MAGRATH was charged with failing to register as a level 3 sex offender. Arresting officer was Cristina BRUM.” -Dartmouth Police Department.
