Brockton police seeking suspect who shot cat with dart from blowgun

The City of Brockton is looking to catch suspect who shot cat with blow gun dart.

“The City of Brockton Animal Control Department is seeking assistance from the public in our efforts to obtain any information relating to this investigation.

On Sunday, July 23rd, our department responded to the Mulberry Street area for a report of a cat having suffered an impalement by a sharp object. The object found to be impaled was discovered to be a handmade dart suspected to have been fired from a blowgun. The cat was found to be suffering serious injuries as a result of the injury. We ask that anyone with any information pertaining to this investigation contact our agency at 508-580-7835.” – Mayor Bill Carpenter, Brockton, Massachusetts
