Medical Marijuana Dispensary seeks candidates for Full-Time and Part-Time Dispensary Retail Sales Associates. The successful candidates will possess outstanding retail sales and customer service skills, a constant desire for self-improvement, enthusiasm, and accuracy/attention to detail. Main responsibilities include: interacting with, educating, and advising patients and consumers face-to-face and by phone; and an ability to explain the potential benefits of each various type and strain of cannabis to include methods of use; handling cash and debit card transactions and point of sale systems operations; and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility.
Additional necessary skills include: Ability to communicate clearly and calmly in a positive and didactic manner; Excellent team player capable of working independently; Computer proficiency; Thriving to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay calm in periods of stress.
Previous retail experience and/or customer service experience preferred.

Schedule: Our dispensary is opened 7 days per week, 9 AM to 9 PM, so we offer a variety of shifts. Weekend availability is required.
