Job Description

    Skilled Facility Maintenance Technician

Bask’s goal is to serve cannabis patients and consumers by operating a state-of-the-art
facility designed and built to produce high quality cannabis that is cultivated and processed
in a controlled, secure, and sustainable environment. Our belief in sustainable cultivation and
processing practices — and our responsibility towards our community and environment — is
driven by the core belief that patients and consumers should have access to safe, regulated
cannabis.

Reporting directly to the Facility Operations Management, you will work to support all facility
operations and maintenance, preserving maximum facility efficiency and ensuring the overall smooth

Your Tasks:
• Perform preventative and light general maintenance throughout the facility to
ensure safety, functionality, and facility aesthetics. This includes, but not limited
to, inspecting, cleaning, sanitizing, and the repair of equipment, building systems
and greenhouses systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industry specific equipment.
• The safe operation of material handling equipment
• Work across multiple teams to expand knowledge through cross-functional
training
• Complete daily inspections and recording of required data
• Managing supply and parts inventory
• Working with and escorting vendors within the facility

Qualifications
• All applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age to be considered
• Minimum of one-year of trade of facility maintenance experience
• The ability to troubleshoot using electrical, plumbing, and mechanical drawings
• Forklift Operators License, OSHA training certificate or the ability to obtain
necessary job-related certificate / licenses within two-months
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn in a small team-based environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with high attention to detail
• Good practical skills and a methodical approach to resolving problems
• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (e-mail, spreadsheets) required
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
• The ability to work on ladders 10 feet above ground level at times
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time
• The ability to work in a greenhouse environment with elevated temperatures and
sun exposure for an extended period

Job Description: Inventory Associate

Inventory Associates support the Inventory Manager during day-to-day operations. This includes but is not limited to:

Assists in maintaining documents with each day’s beginning sales, disposal and ending inventory;
Ensuring products are properly stored, labeled and recorded in the inventory tracking system;
Ensuring waste is properly received, tracked, stored and shipped
Maintains a clean, sanitary and organized workplace;
Assists in packaging and labeling following all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures;
Carefully selects products to fulfill patient orders that will be dispensed by point of sale agents;
Complies with all state regulations and laws and Bask policies and procedures;
Supports other Bask Departments as needed;
Participates in trainings as required;
Complies with all state regulations and laws and Bask policies and procedures

Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

Must be 21 years old
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills and problem solving
Able to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong organizational skills.
Being detail oriented and computer literate

Job description

Posted Position: Skilled Cultivation Technician

Bask’s goal is to serve cannabis patients and consumers by providing state of the art facilities designed and built to produce high quality, consistent cannabis that is cultivated and processed in a controlled, secure, and sustainable environment. Our belief in sustainable cultivation and processing practices — and our responsibility towards our community and environment — is driven by the core belief that patients and consumers should have access to safe, regulated cannabis.

Reporting directly to the Cultivation Manager, you will work to support all facility cultivation operations and maintenance, preserving maximum facility efficiency and ensuring the overall smooth operation of a world-class cannabis cultivation facility.

Your Tasks:

· Performing daily plant maintenance and health checks to ensure plants are thriving and achieving their maximum potential
· Identify and report any issues detrimental to the crop that may impact the plants ability to flourish
· Monitoring the environment during daily tasks and reporting any irregularities to management
· Operating an automated soil bag fill machine, being held accountable for daily production goals
· Cutting and transplanting clones
· Installing, maintaining and removal of trellis netting
· Install and maintaining of bench irrigation system components
· Keeping a clean and neat work environment, to ensure the cleanliness and sensitization of the facility
· Cleaning & Sanitizing greenhouse tables
· Moving plants between rooms and transplanting
· Applying weekly Biological control agents (beneficial insects)
